Transcripts & Dossiers
Alumni may request official and/or unofficial copies of their transcripts. All transcripts are $5 each.
Students must submit a written Transcript Request Form to the Office of Student Services in Sprague Hall. The fee will be charged to the student’s bursar account.
Alumni must submit a signed written Transcript Request Form for official and for unofficial transcripts.
A dossier service is available to all graduates of the School of Music through the Office of Student Affairs. A $50 set-up fee is required to initiate the file. Individual dossiers mailed from the Office of Student Affairs are $5 each.
