All sales are final. Single tickets and subscription sales cannot be exchanged or refunded. Instead, customers may opt to donate the tickets for resale.
Handling fees are now included in all ticket prices.
Payment Methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Cash and check for in-person sales only.
Seats cannot be reserved without payment.
Tickets may be purchased on the web up to four hours before the event begins.
Students must present a valid Student ID from their high school or college when purchasing student tickets.
Postponement and Cancellation Policy: We will make every effort to contact you if you have purchased tickets to a concert that has been postponed or cancelled. If a concert is postponed to a new date, tickets for the original date will be honored at that time; if you prefer, you may receive a credit card refund. If a concert is cancelled you will receive a credit card refund.
Inclement weather does not affect our performances. Please plan accordingly, as our box office cannot refund tickets for a missed performance.

Cameras and recording devices are not permitted.
Food and beverage are not permitted in the hall.
Late arrivals will only be permitted to enter between movements. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the performance.
