Release Forms

Students are asked to sign a blanket release, granting the School the right to use recordings, video, and photographs created during their study at the School of Music. The form contains complete details of this agreement.

Guest artists, faculty, and student soloists for specific performances may use the Artist Media Release form.

Please print, sign, and mail or fax the appropriate form to the Office of Concerts and Media.
