Subscribe to a Series

Receive discounts and special benefits when you purchase a season subscription. Choose from a Friday Series or Saturday Series, or build your own concert package with a Pick-5 or Pick-3 Series.

Tickets may be purchased through the website until 3 p.m. the day of the performance for concerts beginning at 8 p.m., and until 12 p.m. for concerts beginning at 4 p.m. Discounts for young adults (ages 19-35) and children (under 19) are not available through the website and can only be purchased by calling 860 542-3000.

Ticket Pick-up

Tickets ordered by phone or through the website at least one week in advance of a performance will be mailed unless otherwise requested. All other tickets will be held at the Norfolk Box Office. Tickets may be picked up at the Music Shed one hour before the event begins. Tickets may also be picked up in advance during regular business hours at the Battell House Box Office.

 

Cancellations

In the rare event that a concert is postponed or cancelled, we will make every effort to contact you. If a concert is postponed to a new date, tickets for the original date will be honored at that time; if you prefer, you may receive a credit card refund. If a concert is cancelled, you will have the option to receive a refund or to exchange your ticket(s) for another concert (subject to availability).

Ticket Policies

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds are not offered and single tickets cannot be exchanged.

Subscriber ticket privilege is limited to one exchange per concert series.

Email + Privacy

An email address is required to create your online account, through which we will process your order and provide event information.

We never release email addresses to other organizations and will gladly remove you from our event mailing list upon your request. Please contact us at norfolk@yale.edu.

Concert Policies

Silence Your Phone
Please silence all cell phones, tablets, and other devices when you enter the concert hall. Please do not put your device on vibrate, as the noise from the vibration can be heard throughout the hall.

Food and beverage
All food is prohibited in the hall.  All beverages other the water are prohibited in the hall.

Late seating
Patrons who arrive late will be permitted to enter at the discretion of the house management in coordination  with the Festival artists. Please plan to arrive in plenty of time.

Photography and Recording
Unauthorized photography and recording are prohibited at Norfolk Festival events.
