The Norfolk Festival Director Melvin Chen and composer/violinist Daniel Bernard Roumain (DBR) continue a series exploring DBR's upcoming Norfolk Festival premiere, Can We Talk About Why The Fires Burn?  In this second webinar event, DBR and Melvin Chen will discuss the Norfolk commission and the role of art in society.
