The School launches new responsive website

We at the Yale School of Music are excited to announce the launch of our new website. Over the past year, the School’s staff, led by YSM Communications Director Katie Kelley in coordination with the University’s information technology services team and with the services of an outside brand-development firm, have worked to dramatically enhance the School’s online presence. 

With several constituencies in mind, we have sought to improve online wayfinding through an aesthetically refreshed experience and responsive design. The online homes of the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival/Yale Summer School of Music and the Yale Collection of Musical Instruments now reside within the School’s expanded website, strengthening the connections between those School of Music programs and our larger scope of work. The online ticket-buying experience has been improved for those who join us for performances in our concert venues in New Haven, at the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival/Yale Summer School of Music, and beyond. Most important, we’ve worked to make the website more reflective of today’s Yale School of Music for the many ascendant musicians around the world who each year consider studying here and at Norfolk.
